I do that glute bridge exercise, but I never really thought about it how you mentioned. I just did a couple min hold, just keeping good form, barely moving and I got a nice pop into my lower back I really needed. Exhale fully, allow your diaphragm and lungs to go into full extension, breathe and enjoy!

I feel so much pain in my lower back when i do the first excersise but my MRI test says that everything is normal in my lower back , i know i pysiotherapist who is a friend of me he told me the MRI isnt normal and i lost my lower back curve but why do i feel so much pain when i do the first excersise do u have any idea ?

You can still be fat. Some belly dancers are fat
Being fat is irrelevant to strength
If you see them fat, they are fat no matter what they are or how well they master their belly. Fat is fat. Use eyes.

Do you provide 1-1 coaching/advice? I have had pinching in my left hip for 3 years and have felt like I have done almost everything. The pinching mostly occurs when I’m walking and is on the inside front part of my hip and I think it’s due to lack of internal rotation of left hip. It goes in waves of severity and pain but I feel like I need more specialized attention. Let me know, thanks!
